Who We Are

We offer thrilling one-hour experiences that will challenge and entertain your friends, family, and co-workers!  Have you always wanted to solve a mystery or live out an adventure just like in your favorite movie?  Our immersive escape games allow you and your team to do just that!  To “escape” before time runs out you’ll need to solve puzzles, crack codes, find hidden items and more.

We offer nine exciting games across our two locations in Greenville; however, we are proud to say our largest and most elaborate games are in our new location right here in Hampton Station!

Inside Scoop

Long before owners Will and Kim Rutherford had ever heard of an “escape room” they had a life-long dream of creating an attraction like this one.  Will’s career in theme park engineering combined with Kim’s background in costume and set design led them down the long road from haunted houses and murder mystery parties to the creation of Escape Artist Greenville.

We opened our downtown location in March of 2016, and our Hampton Station location opened in March of 2022.
